The hotel was VERY clean throughout. The cleaning staff did an perfect job. They deserve a raise. My room had a comfy bed and nice pillows. I found the staff to be polite and helpful.
The shower's water pressure needed to be lowered to get hot water.

the premier twin room was spacious and clean. i appreciated the attentive staff and the convenient location near central shops! the pool was a nice amenity, i used it after breakfast. the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, including both western and local dishes.
the gym's equipment could use an update, the weight machine was a little wobbly.

I found the beautiful double room quite spacious. it provided ample space to relax and unwind. the air conditioning worked efficiently. It maintained a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. i especially liked the convenient location. It was close to various amenities.
i experienced some noise . it seemed to come from nearby establishments. this affected my ability to relax fully in the evenings.

Check-in was straightforward. Check-out was equally simple. The staff exhibited efficiency, friendliness, and courtesy. They were consistently helpful with every request. I found the breakfast offered good asian varieties, including an egg station. The housekeeping provided a nice clean room. The reception staff worked diligently to accommodate requests.
The loud music from nearby bars continued until 2 AM. I have stayed here before. I thought the music was louder this time. I also felt the rooms are starting to look a BIT tired now.

Mixed feelings about this stay

The breakfast had a decent variety of Thai and Western options , a welcome start to the day.
The biggest problem was the noise from nearby bars. Loud music and other sounds continued until late into the night. I requested a room away from the noise, but my request WAS not met.
